How healthy is this trail mix?
It has almonds, macadamia nuts, cashews, white chocolate chips, dried apricots, and some other dried fruit that is pink…
Is this okay to eat when I’m trying to loose weight and eat right?

So long as the peanuts aren’t salted, it shouldn’t impact you too bad.
The nuts are good sources of protein & fiber but high in fat, dried fruit is very high in sugar content so watch how much you eat of the trail mix per day. Also, dark chocolate is much better for you than white chocolate so change to semi-sweet chocolate chipits from the white. Good mid-day snack though & would taste good on top of non-fat yogurt.
Loose the white chocolate chips- white chocolate has none of the antioxidants found in cocoa, and it’s mostly fat. If you like chocolate, put chips of dark chocolate.
Other than that, the mix sounds healthy, but do not forget that it is very high in calories (it sounds like it would be about 500-600 calories per 100 grams) , so you would want to liming your serving sizes.
100 grams=around 3.5 oz, so adjust your serving size
accordingly.
if you are not working out, just dieting, fresh fruit is much better than trail mix.
