How healthy have I eaten today?
Breakfast: one oven baked smoked haddock fillet (baked in foil with a tiny bit of extra virgin olive oil), with chopped cucumber. One cup of coffee with coconut milk
Lunch: 2 egg whites cooked in coconut oil, chopped cucumber and 2 walnuts and 1 sliced almond. 1 cup of coffee with coconut milk.

Where is the complex carbs like rolled oats, brown rice and whole wheat pasta? Don’t tell me you wanted to do this bogus atkins diet…that is NOT healthy for you at all.
Replace or add leafy greens to your diet ( IE: Spinach, Kale, Collard Greens ).
