How healthy are organic rolled oats?
I want to add more whole grains to my diet and I have been adding rolled oats to some of my foods in order to do this. Will this help add fiber to my diet? I guess I’m asking if this is a good carb or a bad carb?

“Good carbs” can be found in whole grains like brown rice, buckwheat, oats, millet, quinoa and barley, and are an excellent source of nutrients, fiber and energy. They also take longer to digest and therefore help to maintain a healthy level of blood glucose (or, insulin excretion).
