How exactly do you do an hot oil treatment with olive oil?
Do you wash your hair first and then apply the olive oil or do you apply the olive oil first? Also does it really help with dry and brittle hair? Do you use the olive oil you get in the grocery store?

this is how my grandmother taught me.
first warm up the olive oil (yes the kind you get a groc store) then apply to damp hair, wrap hair in warm towel (i always get mine wet and pop it into microw for a few min) leave on as long as you like…. then wash.
i also try to avoid the root area so it doesnt make my hair too flat.
olive oil is maddd harddd to get out of your hair, buy hot oil treatment from a store like cvs
