The way I season everything else…. with salt and pepper.
Now if you’re talking flavoring… I like to make peas with some fresh mint and a touch of cream and butter. The mint just makes the peas “pop”.
Add pearl onions, yummy
Add bacon bits, yummy.
Add carrots, oh boy yummy.
Make sure you use FROZEN peas, they taste soo much better. I used a bit of butter, a tablespoon or so of olive oil, salt, pepper, and fresh parm cheese all over the top!
You can add onions, salt, pepper adnd butter
i dont eat peas. =(
Mint is traditional with peas. I like them with salt, pepper and lemon juice. Or a cream sauce and onions.
Add some baco,onion and garlic.
salt and pepper…
or you can put some orange slices in them and cook them and have orange flavored peas
My children are crazy about my peas. All I do is add butter, and sugar.
