While I was showering I used peanut butter to remove some oil based paint from my skin (on my arms, chest and neck area) and now my skin feels extremely oily.

put baby powder on yourskin

Anything w/astringent should remove the oil. Witch hazel, lemon juice, alcohol.
By the way, peanut butter to remove paint is a new one on me.
