How do you make your Thanksgiving noodles?
I’ve always made homemade noodles like my grandma did, and to get them to taste like hers, I cook them for probably well over an hour, so they get real thick and soak up all the broth. All the recipes online cook them for a very brief time. I was just wondering how others make their Thanksgiving noodles.

I never heard of that, but I’m going to check back to learn more about it!
They tend to get tough when cooked for such a long period of time. What I do is make up some broth with chicken stock and use it to moisten the noodles. This gives them flavor, and you can reduce the cooking time, and have a more tender noodle. Happy Holiday!
Noodles are not a traditional Thanksgiving food but you can have family favorites when ever you want.
An hour is way too long to cook noodles.
