How do you make chocolate chip muffins and keep the chips from melting in the oven?

I have made chocolate muffins but now I want to add chunks of chocolate. My doubt is how to do so without having the chocolate pieces melt when I am cooking the muffins.

It’s really impossible to have them not melt in the oven. Not even if you freeze them. It’s because chocolate has such a low melting point. Sorry.

put them in later

well, don’t over cook them…if you use chocolate chunks..you have a better chance because they are thicker than the chips. also the chocolate melts when it hits the bottom of the muffin. so to prevent them from sinking..coat the chocolate chunks in a tablespoon or so of flour and then add to your batter last.

also remember, once the muffins cool, the chocolate is not melty… good luck

by making the chocolates muffins golden brown and crispy
inside the chocolates inside within 25- 31 minutes to cook.

You could try freezing them before baking might help…

they will melt when they are hot and cool just like cookies do. Just bake them like normal.
