How do you make cheese dip like the one you will get from Mexican restaurants such as El Mariachi or El Maguey?



I love the cheese dip and I wish to make it at home, I know you must boil milk and add some chihuahua shredded cheese in there, that’s all I remember. Does anyone have the rest of the recipe, ingredients, measurements and directions?
It’s the white cheese dip, if that helps.

I have no idea, but I love El Maguey. I wish I was going there tonight. This isn’t much of an answer, I know, but I didn’t want you to think nobody cared.
