Buy some sour dough bread from the market. Toast the bread until it is perfectly golden brown. when the bread is still warm, spread a bit of butter on it. Place 3 pieces of salami and two pieces of cheese (asiago, bri, parmagan) not American cheese and there you have it. It tastes delicious! It takes about 3 minutes to make.

Southern Pimento Cheese

2 cups shredded extra-sharp Cheddar cheese
8 ounces cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper (optional)
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced (optional)
1 (4 ounce) jar diced pimento, drained
salt and black pepper to taste

Place the Cheddar cheese, cream cheese, mayonnaise, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, onion powder, minced jalapeno, and pimento into the large bowl of a mixer. Beat at medium speed, with paddle if possible, until thoroughly combined. Season to taste with salt and black pepper.

You can make a sandwich or put it on celery.

This is very casual but you take a pie dish that can go in the oven.
Put the oven on 350

On the bottom of the dish spread cream cheese
On top of the cream cheese add 1 can of Hormel chili
On top of chili add shredded cheddar cheese

Cook for I think 10 mins.

It’s a dip to serve with tortilla chips.
Yummy! :)

ranch dip and veggie sticks does it for me

1) Cook Elbow Macaroni (as much as you want).
2) 2 cans of corn (for a big dish, more corn).

snack….
celery with peanut butter
celery with cottage cheese
cut up fruit

throw some blueberries, strawberries, banana, ice and a splash of milk into a blender. After all blended you have yourself a healthy shake.

Try these. They are delicious. And if you use the microwaved pre-cooked bacon, they’re super easy.

Stuffed Mushrooms
Give these a try for your party. Simple, easy but watch how fast these things disappear. Stuff then ahead of time and refrigerate. Then pop them under the broiler about 15 minutes before you need them.
Ingredients

* 1 lb bacon
* 2 packages of cream cheese
* about a pound of white button mushrooms (the regular kind you find at the store), fresh, not canned

Directions
Cook the bacon until crisp, and drain the grease off. (For less work use the pre-cooked bacon and cook in a microwave) Crumble up the bacon and mix with the cream cheese.
Pull the stems off the mushrooms and stuff the cream cheese mixture inside the caps.
Put all of these on a cookie sheet and broil (not too close to the broiler) until the cream cheese just starts to brown.

Note: The smaller mushrooms are the best
