WASH IT ABOUT 2 PEHAPS 3 TIMES
Put some baking soda in the wash — works great. If it doesn’t get it out, then you didn’t put enough baking soda.
Spray the stain really well with Greased Lightening, let it sit for 10-15 minutes & wash as usual.
Should remove your stains.
Good luck!
The easiest way …. put dish washing liquid on the oil/grease, rub it a little bit in and wash.
This method removes every fat (as it does while washing dishes) and it does no damage to the fabrique.
try putting lemon juice (dont add water, ice and sugar ok). then soap or detergent.
pour a can of coke in with the clothes when you wash them. or more if it is a big load of laundry.
theres this formula called goo be gone or goo gone that it supposed to work. you can buy it in stores like target or walmart or something. also try oxyclean. hope those two things work!!
Lard IS oil….
Try some goo gone, Clorox Oxy stain remover, shout, white vinegar (as long as you don’t care if the vinegar bleaches the color). Pour laundry detergent on the stains, rub and let them set. Then wash in warm water. If that doesn’t work, try the stain removers.
wash them @ local laundramat.
I have discovered a product called Awsome. Not only do I do laundry with it, but I clean everything else with it. It is great for getting nicotine of walls.
Spray WD-40 directly to the stain, rub it in, let is soak for a few minutes, then wash through a regular cycle.
Option 1: Sprinkle some cornstarch or baking soda on the stain, then place the garment, stain side down, on a large rag on top of an ironing board. Iron with a hot iron on the wrong side of the stain –most oil and grease stains will come right out. (This trick works only for oil and grease, which need heat to dissolve.)
Option 2: Apply an absorbent such as talcum powder or cornstarch to the affected area, then brush away. If the stain is heavy or old, place stain facedown on paper towels. Blot back of stain with a dry-cleaning solvent. Replace paper towels as they soak up the stain. Spray with laundry pretreatment. Wash in the hottest water that’s safe for the garment. Air dry.
spray the oil or grease with wd-40 & then wash the item .
Try lighter fluid (please don’t smoke while doing this). In high school, my chemistry teacher kept a bottle of carbon tetrachloride for the shop guys who ruined their clothes. It works like magic.
Use Dawn dishwashing detergent and rub in good should take it right out.
