How do I make hot chocolate out of chocolate syrup and no milk?
I don’t have any milk and I really want some hot chocolate… I have chocolate syrup and sugar and stuff, but no milk. Is it possible to make some hot cocoa?

I think…not. You can try heating water and adding a bunch of powdered coffee creamer…then syrup. But I just don’t think it will be the same. That’s about the only way you would come close.
How bout some hot tea?
You Could Try Powdered Milk and add some water
You really need powered milk or if you have canned milk, evaporated or condensed, they would work, otherwise go get some milk. Sorry:(
warm up some water add the chocolate syrup and stir
I think you are going to have to have some kind of milk, even if you make milk from “powdered milk.” I don’t know of any substitutions for milk.
water then boil it
