How can i strengthen weak shakey teeth without dairy products?

I’m vegan so dairy/animal products are out of the question. I’ve noticed that my teeth are shakey like baby teeth when i feel them and one’s kind of sore but maybe that’s because i knawed on raw broccoli today and ate three oranges ( i heard citric foods can wear out the enamel) I don’t know. Are there any ways i can strengthen my teeth without going to a dentist? What to do about this?

Can i still have my three oranges a day?

dairy produce has nothing to do with loose shaky teeth, your problems look like you have a gum disease and you would be advised to see the dentist for a check up, and help, gum disease can spread to blood poisoning and this why you must see a dentist

You don’t need milk. Eat these vegetables and greens; they have lots of calcium.

Chicory Greens, Dandelion Greens, Kale, Lambsquarter (has same calcium as a cup of whole milk), Mustard Spinach (has same calcium as a cup of whole milk, Turnip greens, Bok choy, entire broccoli (flower and stalk), Swiss chard, Collards (almost as much calcium as a cup of milk!), *soybeans*…

You’ll also need our friend, the Sun, for Vitamin D, without which you can’t absorb calcium. Go get some sunlight, with a hat on if it is very sunny.

Hope this helps; sure helped me :)

The vegan diet may have something to do with it. Not to push you into something you don’t believe in, but there are essential vitamins and minerals found in animal products that you need to search for much more carefully if you’re vegan. Be sure to get help with your diet first, you may be missing something important.

Otherwise it may be a gum disease.

Drinking too much milk can weaken teeth and bone. A large scale study of 17,000 women showed that osteoporosis increased with more milk consumption. You see, the protein in milk or milk can cause an acidic condition in blood which can be neutralized by pulling calcium from bone. The best source of calcium is leafy green vegetables. You do not need milk or dairy to be healthy despite what the industry groups advertise. In fact, the milk protein consumption is linked to cancers and diabetes.

If you eat or drink foods with fluoride, this can eventually cause weakening of the bone and teeth (fluoridosis). My front teeth just chipped away because they were so brittle.
