How can I prepare creamed corn that I mistakenly bought at the grocery store?
Every time that I go and buy corn, I always end up with one can of creamed corn. I have no idea how to prepare this, any ideas?

Just empty the can in a bowl, add a little butter and microwave it for 2 or 3 minutes and serve it. It is a quick easy portion for a meal. You can serve it over plain bread, mashed potatoes and use it instead of gravy. I happen to like it this way. It`s pretty sweet tasting, unless you get the low calorie type which is bland and not too tasty. Good luck!
My grandfather would slice hot dogs and mix them in with the creamed corn, heat, and serve over toast.
Add a can of milk to the creamed corn, heat, season with ground black pepper, and serve as cream of corn soup.
For a spicy cream of corn soup, add some salsa before heating.
Try Baked Corn, my boyfriend LOVES it and has to have it at holiday dinners
12 ounces corn, canned
12 ounces corn, cream-style
3 ounces sour cream
1 cup melted butter
2 eggs
12 ounces corn muffin mix
Preheat oven to 350F. Combine the two corns, sour cream, melted butter, beaten eggs and corn muffin mix. Mix well and pour into one 9×13 inch baking pan. Bake for 35 to 45 minutes.
mom would jazz up cream of wheat by added creamed corn, milk, and velveeta cheese! bake in a casserole dish until golden brown on top its CRAZY GOOD!
I usually cook it in a pot with some butter and either season the it with sugar or tony cashere.
open the can, put it in a bowl, nuke it for a couple of minutes, then eat it
I always combine 1 can creamed corn with one can regular corn and a little butter. Great side dish.
