How can I get an olive oil stain off my new dress?

I just got a new cotton dress, and i was cooking dinner and olive oil spilled on it. I bloted the oil spots, and put baking soda on it, but that didnt work. and I dont have any dawn dish soap. Is there anything else that would work? Would oxey clean stain remover work?
