The time you spent listing everything, you could have made something.

Hey.. if you had time to put all the ingresients you have in your fridge you have time to go to foodnetwork.com and look for a recipe. Simplify life pllease….

wow you are going through all this trouble just to decide what to cook for dinner?

I would say… large shell pasta and spaghetti with boiled marshmallows. (cook them all together) add a pinch of baking soda (literally a pinch)
then pour some milk in with the boiling water that it is all in. chop some carrots boil them aswell.
open the beed broth and pour it all over your face and then cook a baby in the oven (gas mark 6 for 40 mins), put all in a Blendtec Blender (http://www.willitblend.com/) and then heat up in microwave, form a cuboid shape out of what you have and cover each side with waffles stuck on with melted sugar, and enjoy

tortias w/cheese and then use other stuff for toppings.

get off the computer and cook

You could make so many different things. An easy, fast and fairly healthy option (depending on how fatty your cheese and sour cream are, and what kind of tortillas) is to make quesadillas.
1. Lightly butter a tortilla on one side, place in a (preferably nonstick) skillet heated to medium.
2. Sprinkle with cheese and salsa, cover with another tortilla lightly buttered, butter side up.
3. When the bottom tortilla is golden brown (few mins) flip it over. Use a plate to help with that: put the plate on top of the pan, flip the quesadilla onto the plate, it will be cooked side up. Now you can slide it uncooked side down back into the pan.
4. Grill the other side for a few mins, plate it, cut into triangles and serve with sour cream.

Basically the same procedure as a grilled cheese sandwich, but with tortillas and fillings. You have canned baked beans and could also add that into the quesadilla, at step 2. It sounds funny, but I tried baked bean enchiladas before and the combo of baked beans mixed with salsa and cheese is really really good.

make cream of chicken soup.

1. put the chicken noodle soup in a bigger pan then you normally would. (your going to add more stuff)

2. put one can of milk in with the soup.

3. add salt, pepper and what ever other spices you want.

4. add some corn starch or flour to thicken it up if you want it.

let it simmer

add rice and thats good too
