Help! Cough drops toxic to dogs?
Okay, my dog, a miniature schnauzer somewhere around 12-15 pounds ate a cough drop. It was store-brand, cherry flavored. i need to know if it is toxic to her!!!
Active ingredients- menthol
Inacive ingredients- glucose syrup, eucalyptus oil, flavoring, red no. 40, sucrose and water. Soybean oil used as processing aid
I have no IDEA if I’m overreating or not, is one cough drop enough to hurt her?????

I think your dog will be just fine. Ive given my dane anti diarrea pills of mine when she had the runs, I wouldn’t worry about it, but use it as a lesson to keep things that might be harmful out of her reach.

My dog has eaten plenty (i know thats bad to say but he loves them and i have to hide them from him lol) and hes been fine
