this is a little different but easy. pulverize a couple of handfuls of cheez-itz and place in a plastic baggie. dip your uncooked chicken in the cracker crumbs until they are well coated. place on a baking sheet and bake at 375 for 10-15 minutes. you can go longer if you want them more crisp.

Guiltless Oven-Fried Chicken Fingers

Ingredients

* 1 cup low-fat mayonnaise
* 1 tablespoon curry paste, or more
* Kosher salt
* Freshly ground black pepper
* 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
* 2 cups panko (Japanese) bread crumbs

Directions

Heat the oven to 350 degrees F.

In a large bowl, combine the mayonnaise and curry paste, to taste. Thin this with a little water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until you get the consistency of heavy cream, and season with salt and pepper.

Cut the chicken breasts into thick strips. Drop the strips into the bowl and coat them well with the curry mayonnaise. Cover and refrigerate for at least 5 minutes or up to 1 hour.

Pour the bread crumbs onto a plate and toss the chicken strips well to completely cover them. Put them onto a nonstick baking sheet and into the oven. Cook for 15 to 20 minutes, or until the chicken is browned and cooked through.

ok i have a simple, and yummy recipe
get chicken breasts,
cut them into strips,
next set up a standard breading procedure, which is 3 separate containers
one of flour (season with salt and pepper)
one of eggs scrambled with milk,
the the third of pinko bread crumbs (season with italian seasoning, basil oregano etc),
dip the strips first in the flour(shake off excess) then in the eggs,(drip off excess), then roll in the breadcrumbs. pan fry in oil that is 1/2 way up the thickness of your fingers, or deep fry. mm-mm yummy

ps, don’t measure eye ball, if you over season something start over
