Hello, can anyone tell me if I can dry peas to use in soups?
I have an excess of kelvedon wonder peas and am wondering if I can dry these, and rehydrate them at a later date?

do you have a dehydrator??
BuI will say yes but don’t let them set too long that might spoil them
Why not just freeze them? Freezing works even better.
Dried green peas are so inexpensive it is better just to buy them. You will waste more electricity than it is worth.
