Healthy Snack Ideas?Need Ideas?
I’m in high school, and I’m in Marching Band/Colorguard.Well,everyday after school we have practice.Well,i’m a sophmore and this year I plan on doing some things differently, one of them is making diet changes.I plan on snacking throughout the day, like in 2nd and 3rd period. So I plan on bringing snacks to school everyday.Well,I need some ideas. Some of my ideas are Handful of Cherry Tomatoes,Apples,Apricots,Bananas,Homemade Trail Mix,Nut mix with almonds, walnuts, pecans,Celery sticks and ranch/peanut butter and things like that.Things that will keep me full, are low in calories, low in sugar. Are these good ideas?
And could you give me more ideas please?
I would prefer low, calories, healthy, low in sugar and something that isn’t heavy.I just need to stay full so i don’t overeat when i get home
1)I’m not trying to lose weight.I’m just trying to eat healthier
2)Stop fcking spamming me with that sh!t

u dont need 2 eat healthy snacks
u jsut need to burn off the calories of the snacks
heres how u do it.
wen u eat stuff, write down how many caloeirs u have eaten each day and at the end of the day go to the gym and burn off all of those calories plus an extra 200 or so.
this will make you lose weight faster
Yes get the 80 calories whole wheat buns and a banana.
Wrap as if it were a hot dog.
Skip the ranch dressing- empty fat calories. Try cheese sticks too. Those are all great though- fruits and vegetables. Also keep the nuts in recommended servings or they will add up- but they are a good snack. You could do small low fat yogurt or cottage cheese- not sure if that will keep. Also keep some water handy.
