I haven’t got Hep C, but I’ve used coconut oil for over a year, and it helps me fight viruses and bacterial agents. My colds and flu have been shortened by using this product. I helps overall immunity across the board, and should be useful in your condition. You could Google it and find out some interesting facts for coconut oil.
