Extrose: is it a new sweetener, or a typo for dextrose?
I go to a frozen yogurt place that lists “extrose” in all of its ingredients. Is this some new sweetener, or just a typo? Google turned up nothing useful, but I’m a bit paranoid. Has anyone ever heard of this?

One comment a "Extrose: is it a new sweetener, or a typo for dextrose?"
I just did a few searches, and I’m not getting anything on “extrose”… so I’m apt to say it’s a typo.
To be sure, though, see if there are any registered dietitians/nutritionists in your town, and ask them about it. =)
