Dr’s / Nurses/ Anyone know a remedy to stop gas / fart?

I eat about 5 cups of black beans a day cause I lift weights & they are effective for what Im trying to accomplish. The only thing is they give me really bad gas, ive tried gas x, ive tried beano & neither really helped. So I am wondering are there any other remedies out there for gas / farting? Maybe is there a prescription from a doctor i can get or something

use natrum phos 12 x QID FROM HOMEOPATHIC SHOP, U WILL GET REL-IF DEFINITELY

make sure you soak your beans really well and then change the water before cooking them….cook them with a piece of kombu and throw out the kombu as it absorbs some of the gas causing enzymes…add fennel and pineapple to your diet…preferably in the same meal…

however eating 5 cups of black beans a day is excessive – you might try getting a litle more variety to your diet even if it is just to try other kinds of beans…

Im not a nurse but im on my 3rd preg…. i get alot of gas too, just for being preg. And I cant use any of that over the counter stuff. I wear thong underware. lol this might sound strange but, having something between your butt will silence farts. Or you can use a piece of cut cotton T-shirt just small enough to cover the area, when its folded.~ This is just to add to the other help of the other people’s suggestions.
;P

Whew!!! 5 cups!! That’s alot of beans!! If it’s protein you’re after try some eggs, peanut butter, cheeses, and cut back on some of the beans–do your friends a favor–LOL. I’ve also heard that you can change the water 1/2 way through cooking beans, add a teaspoon or so of baking soda to the water and that helps. I dunno, haven’t tried it. I use beano–works for me, but you have to take it BEFORE you eat.
