I’d be surprised if they didn’t. They stock the seeds in a capsule form

I really don’t know but has very inexpensive organic fenugreek seed powder, which you just add to boiled water for tea. Its about 3.50 for half a pound, so its a pretty good deal if you can’t find any at trader joe’s.
