Does blue bonnet margarine have trans-fat?
It says on the container “No trans fat”; however, the 3rd ingredient is “partially hydrogenated soybean oil”
I thought that WAS trans fat..

Valid concern. I thought partially hydrogenated anything = trans fatty acids. Try Smart Balance from now on. It tastes good and it’s fairly healthy, too…. Omega 3′s and no trans fatty acids.
