Does anyone know of a website that list the restaurants that DO cook with peanut oil?
I have just recently found out that my 24 month old son is HIGHLY ALLERGIC to peanuts, and basically any other nut. I would love to know if there is a website that list the restaurants that cook with peanut oil. And for others out there in the same boat as I am, the best advice I can give is to just ask whenever you go out to eat. Its a pain but its for the safety of the person who is allergic.

i would think a lot of chinese restaurants would do so more….
other places use mostly vegetable,canola, or olive oils….
i dont think there is a list available as it is not a requirement to put it out there. the only thing anyone can do is to make sure to ask what kind of oil the food is cooked in/fried in…safest bet
