Does anyone know if soy milk is better for you than regular milk?
I see soy milk and organic milk at the food store… Are either one of these healthier than regular skim milk, and how different do they taste compared to regular milk?
What about organic milk, also?
I drink skim milk… watery consistency is not a problem for me!

I have tried soy milk and thought it was HORRIBLE! I would never buy it again. It is supposed to be healthier because it does not have hormones from cows and soy is good for the heart. I heard on tv that humans are the only mammals that drink milk from another species…kind of weird to think about, huh?
You’ll just have to taste-test them. I find soy milk to be about the same consistency as 1%/skim milk, a little watery.
But I don’t eat any soy products due to the effect soy has on the hormones and thyroid. I’d go for organic cow milk or hormone free cow milk over soy.
Since I started to work out I was looking for a good weight loss product. I was on a diet but I felt that I needed a little “help” so I decided to try this great product and I had fantastic results. You can check their website at , they give you a free trial and you only pay 5.49$ shipping and handling.
