Does anyone know convenient things to make that will help me lose weight?
I am only 5ft and im 12stone and I want to lose weight. Im allergic to all nuts, wheat and diary. I can use rice milk and rice pasta. does anyone know any convenient recipes that i could make at anytime of the day – im not a very good cook either.

um you could get skim milk, and vegetables and fruit, if you need any more help just ask.
Eat chick peas and tinned beans instead of meat – they are full of protein and fibre low in fat and far less calories than meat. Thet are low gi so keep you feeling fuller for longer. They are cheap anc convenient – even cheaper if you buy dried soak them then freeze until you want to use them.
Add tinned tomatoes and herbs to eat with pasta, or add tinned tomatoes onion, mixed veg and spices or curry powder to make curries. I just throw it all in the slow cooker in the morning and come home to a cooked dinner.
Rice I put in a plastic bowl with two and a half times as much water and microwave for 20 minutes.
