Does anyone have a recipe for completely dairy free whipped cream?
It can’t have any of the “milk” ingredients either (ie casein, whey, lactose). I tried non-dairy creamer and it didn’t whip – just foamed. Thanks!

There is an easy recipe for Dairy free whipped cream at
Soy Whipped Cream (Vegan, Gluten-Free)
Ingredients:
1/4 cup soy milk
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 Tablespoon maple syrup
1/2 teaspoon real vanilla extract (if you use vanilla soy milk, you an omit this)
Directions:
Place soy milk and 1/4 cup vegetable oil in blender. Blend at highest speed and slowly drizzle in remaining 1/4 cup vegetable oil. Blend in maple syrup and vanilla, add a little more oil if necessary to thicken.
Dairy Free Whipped ‘Cream’ 5mins plus chilling
Serves 4 Cold Vegetarian Vegan Gluten Dairy Wheat Free Eggless Accompaniment Substitute Dessert
Ingredients:
225g/8oz firm Silken Tofu
75g/3oz Demarera Sugar
2 tbsp Soy Milk
1-2 tbsp Vanilla Extract (check ingredients label)
Instructions
1. Place all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and process until very smooth. Chill for at least one hour.
Serve in place of normal whipped cream with pies, fruit, puddings.
