Try non alcoholic red wine
Try red grape juice. It does not have sulfides and other additives that some red wines have. No alcohol either.
Any recipe that uses red wine can be made without it. Just use water in its place. You lose the flavoring of the wine though.
Asian people doesn’t put wine on their food, they usually add sprite or coke, they use it frequently on meat.
Broth would work, and so would fruit juice. It will change the flavor slightly.
It depends on what you’re cooking. In a savory dish, replace the wine with chicken, beef or vetegable broth. In a sweet dish, replace it with fruit juice. Or, you can replace it with plain water in either.
You can purchase an essense – gives the flavour, but non of the alcohol.
if you cant cope with real red wine you can use and buy cooking sherry which is only use is in cooking you cant drink it like ordinary sherry
