Do you have a recipe for honey almond butter?



I saw a 3 ingredient recipe for this in a magazine recently, and now i can’t find it. It only had 3 ingredients, butter, honey and almond extract. You just mixed them together and then rolled it in saran and stuck it in the fridge to re-harden. I need to make some for Thanksgiving, but can’t find the dang recipe. Help?

Here you go! I think the addition of brown sugar sounds good, and cinnamon might be nice!

Ingredients

* 1 cup butter, softened
* 1/4 cup honey
* 1 tablespoon brown sugar
* 1/2 teaspoon almond extract

Directions
In a small mixing bowl, cream the butter, honey, brown sugar and extract until light and fluffy.

Place the creamed butter mixture on a sheet of plastic wrap; roll into a log and refrigerate until chilled.

1/2 cup honey
4 oz. (1/2 cup) almond paste
1/4 cup butter or margarine, softened
In small electric bowl, blend honey and almond paste together with electric mixer. Beat in butter until creamy. Serve with Honey Apricot Muffins or toasted English muffins

Again, where is my invitation to Thanksgiving?

Honey almond butter:

1 cup of honey
2 scoops of crushed almonds
1/2 stick of butter

mix in blender and eat with relative ease
