Do you buy canned cranberry sauce?
UGH! Why??? Try this instead, its VERY easy and incredibly good:
2 bags cranberries
2 cups sugar
2-1/4 cups OJ or apple cider (unfiltered is better)
~3″ of cinnamon stick (try to keep it in 2-3 pieces)
dash gr. nutmeg
dash gr. cloves
dash gr. allspice
~1/3 cup chopped nuts (walnut or pecans) – optional
mix juice, sugar, & spices over med heat until boiling & sugar dissolved. Add washed berries. Stir occasionally ~15-20 min until all berries are split. Pour into glass (stains plastic permanently!) bowl & stir in nuts. Put in fridge 24-48 hours. Excellent w/whipped cream!
If you try this recipie, you will NEVER buy canned again!

No, Never, Yuk! I can’t bear that canned crap. Your recipe sounds delightful, phuc eu. I think I’ll try it this year.
been eating the can kind for 30yrs..never tasted the real stuff.
ewwwwwwwwwwwwww! no its so gross! when i was growing up my mom made it here self!
I acutally like that fact that it doesnt have whole cranberries in it.
I prefer the real thing, but have used canned as long as it’s whole berry and not the jelled stuff
