Did I gain weight because of the increase of artificial sweetener in my diet?
I gained a few pounds from eating unhealthily on spring break and when I got home I lost them after a few days. I have been eating A LOT of artificial sweetener lately and but still eating healthy yet I am 5 pounds heavier then I should be. Could this be bloating or something else due to the artificial sweetener?

No I would not think so. Perhaps, although you are eating healthily you are still eating too much. Try a smaller plate; oh and cut out those gruesome chemical laden artificial sweeteners anyway!
artificial anything is going to make you gain weight.
more fresh produce.. seems folks have forgotten their basic elements of eating less processed garbage and eating more fresh whole foods.
