did i eat too much today?
BREAKFAST:
-1 bowl of oatmeal
-lots of grapes (oops)
-small handful of almonds
LUNCH
-cheerios with fat free milk
-celery
DINNER
-This grain stuff with quinoa, flaxseed, etc (had teeeeeeeeeeeeenie bit of butter and oil. teenie.)
-veggies (potato/zuchini/carrot) in curry sauce.
water throughout the dayy…
im 5’3 and 102 lbs.

no you eat more
Are you seriously asking this? We can’t tell you if you eat too much or too little-ask your stomach. If you want a serious answer you’d have to include your daily activities. I am 6ft tall 170lb and very athletic. I eat twice what you just mentioned in a single sitting and I know I don’t eat too much.

OH MY GOD. Looking at a BMI chart you are under weight so you should really get your weight up a little about 110 ib. but for healthy food you got it. so really you are not eating much, eat abit more
sometimes I wonder about the people who post things like this.
you should eat as many fruits and veggies as you want, it actually takes more calories to break down than you get from consuming them. but thats besides the point, you need to eat more, but gradually work up to it so your body can adjust.
