Cranberry glazed pecans?
A couple of Christmases ago, Costco had this nuts sampler that featured these cranberry glazed pecans. They were delicious, but after Christmas Costco stopped selling them, and they haven’t ever brought them back. I was wondering if anyone has ever seen or heard of them and if they are sold online anywhere. I really want to find them. I think the brand had the word “Mama” in it, if that helps.

One comment a "Cranberry glazed pecans?"
Were they glazed with a cranberry-flavored glaze or did they have dried cranberries with them?
My recipe for glazed nuts is 1/2 cup water, 1 cup sugar, 2 cups nuts, 1 tsp salt
I wonder if you substituted cranberry juice for the water if it would have enough cranberry flavor, you could always start with 1 cup of juice and cook it down to 1/2 cup before adding the sugar
I cook the sugar/water until it darkens slightly, dump in all the nuts and stir like crazy to cover the nuts with they syrup, dump it out onto waxed paper and let cool.
