		<description>Can&#039;t say much about the diet, but it seems ok.

There are only two forumulas when it comes to losing and gaining weight.

Gaining Weight - Excercise Less, Eat More.

Losing Weight - Excercise More, Eat Less.

It is impossible to lose that much weight by a diet alone, if there is such a diet, then it&#039;s very detrimental to your health, such diets exist though, but unless your livelihood depends on your figure or appearance, then you&#039;re better off going the hard way.

What&#039;s the diet you ask?

Nothing but water and a small plate of vegetables twice a day. I doubt you&#039;d be able to fuction to the best of your ability if you ate only that much.

The trick here is to excercise 5x more than you usually do, it&#039;s best if you excercise streneously an hour everyday.

Take it from me, I lost 40 pounds in a month, I lost 20 more, People said I looked scrawny, so I boosted my weight by 10 pounds, now I&#039;m a stable 150 pounds.</description>
