Cooking salmon in the GT-Xpress?

Has anyone ever cooked salmon in the gt-xpress? Any recipes that dont involve alot of cheese or alot of other ingredients? Will it cook ok if I just cook it alone in there?

Don’t you have the cook book that came with the Xpress? Here is their recipe for Seafood Stuffed Salmon:

2 skinless salmon fillets
2/3 cup cooked shrimp or crab meat or mixture of both, finely chopped

Slice salmon fillets vertically without going all the way across, to form pockets for stuffing. Stuff each with half the chopped seafood. Place one half in each well.

Cook 6-8 minutes. Serves 2.

If you just want to cook salmon fillets, I would just season you fillet to your taste, salt, pepper, spices or herbs, maybe some fresh lemon juice. Cook it for 5-6 minutes, check to see if it is done. If you are cooking only one fillet, you might want to put a vegetable in the other side. I have cooked broccoli, corn, frozen peas, green beans ect.
