Claire * A clean foods list are foods that are VERY healthy for you and will help assist in weight loss and muscle gain
. As you can see there isnt any processed foods – with the exception of the protein shake .

First of all yumm you are making me hungry girl and whats the question!
Cool. What do you mean by ‘clean’ though?
These are all the perfect foods to eat while on a diet. I could not find even 1 that was not good for you. Here is some additonal tips if your on a diet:
Make sure you are drinking at least 80 ounces of water a day !
this is key to your weight loss. It sounds like a lot but it really isnt. Mix water with crystal light if you need some flavor
Green tea also speeds up metabolism
dont eat past 7 at night
Drink 16 ounces of water as soon as you wake up in the morning this boosts energy and metbolism
As far as exercise goes do 1 and a half hours of cardio a day 5 to 6 times a week. This includes but is not limited to running, speed walking, swimming, elliptical. Go to a gym and do resistance training 3 times a week or find some good list of exercises on the internet that can be done easily at home. You CAN do it. KEep telling yourself that.
Also dont forget it is ok to indulge every once in a while. Studies prove that every once in a while can be a boost to the metabolism!
