Can you use labne cheese to make cream cheese frosting?
I want to make a healthy, delicious frosting, like the kind that you can use on carrot cake. If you know a great recipe, great! My plan was to use stevia, labne cheese, margerine, perhaps a small amount of powdered sugar. What do you think?

I don’t know if it would be creamy enough to stick to sides of cake but might work as a topping. Adding a small amount for cream cheese may improve flavor. It also has more moisture than cream cheese and may water log your cake after a while. Labne is strained yogurt cheese for those of you who don’t know.
bleh! I tried mixing with sugar and stuff before- the acidity is too strong for cakes. Better off using good old philly!
