can you use cookie cutters to mold almond bark or will the cutter get stuck to the chocolate?
I would like to mold my homemade almond bark into festive holiday molds by letting the cholocolate sit in the mold until it hardens, but i worry that when it’s time to take the mold off, i won’t be able to. any ideas?

Grease and lightly coat the cookie cutter with flour to keep it from sticking.
If you spray the mold w/ Pam, you might be able to pour it into the mold, flat on a surface, let it cool, then pop it out.
Or, do like Crate & Barrel, and just serve or give it still stuck in the cookie cutter.
