Can you remove cat nappers/ kitty perch from windowsill?

I have a Lazy Pet Kitty Window Perch. I’m moving in August and I need to know if I can remove the velcro strip. Is there an easy way to remove it and clean up any residue that’s left behind?
Oh I forgot to mention, the windowsill is made of cheap ceramic tile.
