cole slaw
all kinds of fruit
fish
tuna fish
make some vinegar and virgin olive oil dip

you mentioned those grains. grains do help the body to digest food better and quicker.

it didn’t list rice on my screen.
rice is an idea.
potatoes are an idea
there’s a million ideas with potatoes

also if you’re trying to cut some weight, go over to worldprayercenter.org and go in to find their prefast diet.
it’s typically used to prepare the body for a fast but it can be used as a 7 day diet that cuts 7 to 15 pounds in 1 week.

bananas are loaded with calories.
celery and cabbage take more calories to digest than what the body obtains from them.

And i though I had food allergies. Wow IDK this one maybe a baked potato

Peanut Butter, lentils (legumes)

Carrot Soup
saute 1/2 an onion chopped in some oil, add cut up carrots (like 4), and a half of a potato cut up, saute a little more, don’t brown onion to much add vegetable stock or broth cook until carrots are peirced easily with a fork, puree the whole thing in a blender adding more veg. stock if nessasary, add ginger juice, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste. It’s a woderful comforting soup that’s creamy without dairy or soy etc.

Lentil soup, black bean soup, aduzki beans mixed with butternut squash & cooked with seaweed, tilapia ( a Brazilian white fish) sauteed in x virg green olive oil, garlic, lemon and fresh parsley, Steamed asparagus with lemon and x virg green olive oil and poached tuna or salmon.

, go under recipes. They have a handful that help people out who have those allergies.

Wow, are you allergic to all beans? Can you eat lentils? There are different varieties of lentils you can use just like beans. Here are some recipes:

It must be extremely hard to find enough protein sources – can you eat amaranth or quinoa? Those are excellent sources of high-quality proteins. Recipes:

Spirulina and chorella are both 60% protein. You can get them in drinks, powders etc.

Also, try looking for regular recipes and experiment using replacements. For milk/soymilk you could use rice milk or in some recipes (like curry recipes) coconut milk. If you can come up with a good curry sauce, it’s excellent over most things from lentils to broccoli to potatoes to rice…. I imagine it might be good over quinoa too although I’ve never tried it. Here’s my best easy curry sauce recipe – again, just subsitute the few ingred’s to suit your dietary needs.

Easy Curry Sauce:

1 med. onion, chopped roughly
2 cloves garlic
Saute in 1-2 tbsp of oil (in a pot) until translucent

Mix:
1/4 cup flour (or any gluten free alternative like potato flour – it’s mainly used as a thickener in this recipe)
4-5 tsp curry powder
1 tbsp coriander (optional, but adds a lot of flavour)
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
2 tsp sugar
1 tsp ginger

Add to sauteed onion.

Then add:
2 tsp vinegar (or lemon juice) and
2 cups milk/soy milk (try 1 cup rice milk and 1 cup water)
1 vegetarian chicken or vegetable bouillon cube, crumbled (optional)
2 tbsp Heinz ketchup (optional, esp. if you live in the States. Our Heinz ketchup is different in Canada – no corn syrup, so it tastes better)

Stir until well mixed, bring to a boil over med. heat and continue to stir and cook for a few minutes until the sauce has thickened. Spoon over plate of anything really!

LOL my list is pretty long too with a few variations.
I stick with Veggies, Fruits. I do allot of stir-frys, soups.
I splurge every now & then & do something like Van’s Waffles for breakfast(weekends) They have a wheat/gulten.dairy/egg free frozen toaster waffle that is real decent.
If you are like.me find ready made foods with out at least on of your “No”s in it is hard.

I really like this site as it lists all it’s ingredients right under the product for easy selection. Even if you don’t want to do online shopping it helps you see what is out there. Sometimes I just get things locally.

I would go with the first answer.
