Can you eat peanuts on a diet?
I hear that all nuts like peanuts, almonds and cashews are great for you and full of essential fats. So, can you eat things like peanut butter on a diet of low fat low cal because it’s good fat. Keep in mind that 2 TBSP of peanut butter contains 16g of fat. Should you count this fat since it’s good fat.

Peanuts/Peanut Butter is good fat. However, it is high in calories too and your body can only have so many calories a day whether it is from good food or bad. Raw almonds are the very best in the nut category. So enjoy but make sure you limit yourself to one serving of nuts a day.
its good but dont eat it much. just normal intake
