can someone please list the 5 step to measuring liquids (Cooking)?
And can you also list the four steps of measuring dry ingredients?
And list and describe the three methods for measuring fats such as butter or margarine

You get a glass measuring cup for liquids. Pour it in to where you want it, what more do you want?
Step 1: Measure the liquid.
Do the other two in a similar manner, etc.
Use a Jug with litre’s and Millerlitres on It.
Dry Ingreadents use measuring cups
And measuring spoons for fats or a scale
Why are there so many steps.
choose a liquid measure or a dry one
pour in to line
empty into container
that’s all
scoop dry ingredients into cup level with knife
that’s all
To find a cup of butter put 1 cup of water into a glass measuring, add enough butter to the water to make it raise to 2 cups. Then you have a cup of butter.
Maybe thats why i can’t cook I dont know this.
Sounds like you need some answers to a test………….
