Can rabbits eat ammonia sprayed grass
I have wild rabbits in my yard and want them to stay there. If I use Jerry Baker’s mosquito remedy of lemon dish detergent and lemon scented ammonia to spray the yard, will it harm the rabbits if they eat the grass after treatment?

Ammonia basically turns into nitrogen, and it will be utilized by the plants. Unless the rabbits were out there eating it right after you sprayed (soaking the lawn) I really don’t think it would harm them. Along that note, I don’t know what proportions you are mixing it in, but I would be more afraid of the dish soap hurting plants, then anything else. Soap can phyto-toxic to plants. In other words it can magnify the suns rays and burn the plant tissue.
I would be careful, ’cause rabbits wouldn’t necessarily be able to identify what is poisonous for them or not. They’re supposed to be kept away from pesticides and the like.
