Can I mix soy milk and this protein powder together?
I work out to tone and build muscle and I’ve always been drinking this whey protein drink and it says I can use any beverage. It said you should use milk, but I’m a vegetarian so I drink soy milk. Is it alright to use that? will I still get good results?
Actually, I just made a protein drink and it taste great! It taste exactly the same when I used to drink it with regular milk but switched to soy milk.

you could , im a vegetarian, but it would taste very bad,
you can use soy milk
however typical vegetarians do drink milk.
so you may be a ovo-vegetarian instead of lacto…
but i guess not since whey is from milk anyway..
You do know that whey protein is a dairy product correct? You can mix it with soy if you want. If you want to give up dairy I’d suggest using a soy protein powder. Mix the two together in a blender, it comes out thick like a milk shake.
