Can I lessen my body fat with this diet?I’m a teenage female?



I’m 5’2 130lbs 32% body fat, resting metabolism burns 1245 calories, so if I do this> diet which is somewhat 1700 calories and I’ll workout 5-6 days a week doing cardio(burn 500-600 cal like 1hr 20min)+yoga daily(I’m used to it, I love it and I don’t consider it a workout!!) and pilates 2x a week(28min)

Oh and the test said I had 23lbs of fat!!!
my measurements: 35-27-40
used to have (5 months ago): 32-24-37

BF: 1 SMALL BANANA, 2 SLICES CANTALOUPE, 2 SLICES PINEAPPLE, 1 SMALL ORANGE+ CHICKPEAS, 2 DATES, 1 GLASS MILK

SNACK: FIGS, ALMONDS

LUNCH: CABBAGE, ICEBERG LETTUCE, CARROTS, SWEET POTATOES, GREEN PEPPER, GARLIC, ONIONS, AVOCADO, SEEDS, 1 SLICE CHEESE, GRILLED CHICKEN, BROWN RICE

SNACK:
1 EGG, ASPARAGUS, MUSHROOM

DINNER:
LENTIL SOUP, TUNA, SPINACH, 4 WALNUTS, 1 TOAST

DESSERT:
MILK& DARK CHOCOLATE

also 2liters water and 4 cups green tea

What do you think? How long will it take me to have 20% body fat?

your breakfast seems a bit large

dont do more than 1 hr of cardio a day…just workout 5 days a week but stay disciplined to yoga and pilates(you can definitely do those daily!)

My guess is 10 to 15 weeks without doing the math. The diet is excellent I think. Track it on fitday.com or calorieking to make sure you hit your daily calorie target.

You are organised! You will do it!

1500 cals is prob doable for you though eh and a bit quicker.
