can I freeze peanut oil after using it once?
I fried a turkey in my cooker and used 3 jugs of peanut oil. I want to use the peanut oil again but not for a couple months. How long can it stay in the fridge and can I freeze it and for how long?

You don’t need to refridgerate or freeze the oil, if you filter any gunk out of it it will be fine put back in the bottles.
I can’t believe you fried a Turkey – what is that all about?
Nothing wrong with frying a turkey.
You want it a little warm and strain it. Use a sifter (basket style) or buy a grease cone and filters. I’m not sure where to buy them or how much they are but if you are going to do a lot of frying then it is worth it.
Strain all the big chucnk out of the oil and put it back in the containers. Keep it in the fridge or a cool dark place. Don’t freeze it. That’s not neccesary.
