Can I add melted chocolate chips to cupcake frosting?
I want to make peanut butter cupcakes with peanut butter frosting that has chocolate swirled in. I want to have that swirly pb/choco look. Can I put basic Duncan Hines on my cupcakes then add just a touch of chocolate swirl with a knife or somethign? Would that work or would the warm chocolate melt the frosting?

It would work it just sounds gross chockalate on icing. Maybe its just me.
i like eggs.
The frosting would melt. Save some of the peanut butter frosting and add a touch of cocoa powder for a chocolate/peanut butter frosting. Use this to swirl with the peanut butter frosting.
