		<description>I wouldn&#039;t recommend it, because there are two different kinds of Calories, Good and Bad to make it simple.... and lard and oils are bad calories, which is unhealthy for you. I&#039;d say either find something else to drink, (coffee drinkers normally won&#039;t do that), or stick it out.</description>

		<description>Unfortunately, most fats have either a dairy basis or else taste very strongly of something else (eg: olive oil).  Perhaps try a non-dairy creamer (eg: Nestle Coffee Mate)?</description>
